Associate Business Analyst
TPS is seeking an Associate Business/Operational Analyst to join its team.
This individual will produce deliverables for assigned third party projects by gathering data
inputs from external parties, coordinating requests with the technical team and analyzing
the produced results for quality and accuracy.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Setting up verification files and providing the generated data directly to clients;
• Providing support to assigned clients on less complex and routine inquires;
• Generating regularly scheduled reports to clients;
• Processing change management requests in close coordination and under the direction of the
mid-level Business/Operational Analyst;
• Developing and maintaining process flow, report generation and other client related
documentation;
• Escalating complex client inquiries and issues to mid-level Business/Operational Analyst;
• Completing other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education: BS in FI, Economics, Statistics or other related quantitative fields (i.e., mathematics, computer science, engineering, natural sciences). Interest in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries preferred.
Work Experience: 0-2 years of related work experience

• In-depth experience with MS Excel and Powerpoint; familiarity with databases (e.g., MS Access)
• Knowledge/skills in programming preferred
• Interest in new technologies, especially related to business intelligence, data analysis, and data
management tools
• Familiarity with healthcare data (especially sales and marketing data) preferred
