We then leverage our expertise to identify the vendors, products, and third-party solutions that can best address our clients' needs. As a technologically agnostic firm, we are able to provide an objective perspective that focuses exclusively on our clients' best interests.

From CRM, MRP, and finance solutions to sales incentive, compensation, profiling, and forecasting applications, we help companies identify, evaluate, and select resources that provide the best fit for their organization. Our knowledge of both back- and front-end applications ensures that we only recommend solutions that optimize the client's existing infrastructure. This helps clients avoid costs resulting from additional hardware purchases needed to support specific software recommendations, thereby reducing their total cost of ownership for the solution.

If we cannot identify an off-the-shelf solution with the functionality necessary to meet client requirements, we work with them to develop and build a custom application that delivers exactly what they need. In either case, our vendor analysis engagements proceed in a timely fashion within a one- to six-month month time frame, depending on the level of complexity and number of projects involved.
