Trinity Pharma Solutions' program management services help our clients achieve their IT goals with better results and less risk. These services consist of two phased offerings, Portfolio Management and Project Management. Clients can choose to engage Trinity for one or both of these phases as necessary.
Portfolio Management
Like a stock portfolio, a technology portfolio represents one of a company's greatest assets – and one of its greatest potential liabilities. Trinity works with clients to help ensure that their technology investments align with their business objectives, and pose minimal risks to the organization.
Our Portfolio Management efforts focus primarily on the front end of the client's computing model, where a sound plan can have the greatest positive impact on a commercialization effort's outcome, time frame, and bottom line. In conceiving an IT initiative, we leverage our in-depth understanding of every facet of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries to provide you with the perspective you need to realize your vision. We can help you forecast costs, align project stakeholders, establish time frames, and gauge the impact of future contingencies on your overall plan. Our Portfolio Management activities include:
Assessment – Evaluating the ability of your existing technological resources to meet your current and future needs
Allocation – Providing analysis of pending projects in light of your available resources, and working to reallocate those resources where necessary
Adoption – Building consensus among project stakeholders to ensure the support of upper management and the widespread adoption of the new solution among various business units
Workflow – Defining project roles and responsibilities, and implementing standardized procedures, plans, and reporting tools
Exchange – Creating and supporting an environment that facilitates information sharing, provides for centralized review of the project's progress, and helps ensure that team members remain focused and informed
Project Management
Having provided clients with the roadmap, implementation strategy, budget parameters, resource allocation, and timelines required for project delivery through the Portfolio Management offering, our Project Management component provides the oversight, management and attention necessary to bring their vision to fruition. We address the political factors and potential pitfalls that invariably accompany any broad-based technology implementation, enabling your organization to remain focused on achieving its core business objectives.
We manage scheduling, budgets, deadlines, resources, and expectations to help maximize successful outcomes. We maintain an environment of open information exchange, incrementally building consensus among project stakeholders, and resolving potential conflicts among various business units. Our understanding of what team members need – and when they need it – ensures that all parties have the information, tools, and level of cooperation they need to deliver. These services can be delivered in support of individual projects, or simultaneously across multiple projects.
